Allesandro, a "Gentle Giant" of indie pop, began writing songs at age seven, producing at twelve, and quickly became known as a “walking jukebox” musicologist around his hometown of Windsor, ON. With sharp skills on nine instruments, dozens of diverse compositions, and genre-bending recording techniques, Allesandro is a force to be reckoned with in the DIY musical stratosphere.

 

Born right before the turn of the millennium, Allesandro Rotondi is a man of many hats—from award-winning radio jingles, performing onstage at the Detroit Jazz Festival, or charting on Canadian college radio—to composing for the video game Survive The Killer (Original Soundtrack) on Roblox, a nationally published essay on music education, or an invitation to meet backstage with The Beach Boys.

 

Allesandro’s eclectic new album Gentle Giant joins a discography spanning indie bedroom pop with hints of lo-fi, rock, jazz, and bossa in his blood. With hundreds of live performances under his belt, and over 4+ million catalogue streams, Allesandro’s reach spans notable projects like Castaways, Tunes of Ba Sing Se, Around You, Midnight Metro’s Flamingo and Where Did The Time Go, and collaborations with PHELIX and Coin Sutton.
